YIELD: 2 1/2 cups
- 5 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 0.50 c. orange juice
- 0.33 c. milk
- 0.33 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
- Orange peel (optional garnish)
- In blender, combine ice cream, orange juice, milk, and orange juice concentrate and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour into 2 tall glasses. Garnish with orange peel, if you like.
